




A food industry company located in Caucaia/CE is seeking a **Kitchen Team Leader focused on collective meals (500+ meals per day)**. Responsibilities: - Lead the team and oversee meal production and preparation in the kitchen; - Demonstrate ownership, proactivity, and leadership to effectively manage teams; **Requirements:** **- Residency in Caucaia (preferred);** - Completed elementary education. Knowledge of food preparation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurants or industrial kitchens (industrial stoves, griddles, and ovens). **Work schedule availability: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM;** Starting salary with production incentive plan.
