Job Summary: Act as a strategic HR partner, managing HR processes, developing internal programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategies to deliver consistent employee experiences. Focus on strategic alignment and employee experience **Mission:** * Proactively partner with business areas, autonomously and effectively managing HR processes—from recruitment and selection to internal program development—ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and delivering consistent experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** * Lead R&S for strategic and operational positions (alignment, competency-based interviews, evaluation reports). * Support training path planning and monitor outcome measurement. * Implement and maintain HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, HR calendar). * Monitor KPIs and action plans with managers: turnover per store, absenteeism, performance, time-to-fill. * Support implementation of performance evaluations, feedback, and IDPs (model, cycles, follow-up). * Serve as a "partner" to regional managers/stores: site visits, diagnostics, conduct and culture alignment. * Support compliance of routine activities with HR/SSMA departments where applicable (e.g., workflows, records, preventive actions). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience (2 years) as a full-cycle HR generalist analyst (especially R&S + T&D + KPIs). * Intermediate Excel/Sheets proficiency (tables, trackers, reports). **Competitive Advantages:** * Experience implementing HR functions from scratch (designing workflows, policies, rituals). * Experience managing KPIs and presenting insights to leadership. * Tools: Power BI/Looker Studio, ATS (Guppy, Kenoby, etc.), LMS. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.400,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Minimum 2 years as a full-cycle HR generalist analyst (Mandatory) * Intermediate Excel/Sheets proficiency (Mandatory) * Degree in HR, PSYCHOLOGY, ADMINISTRATION (Mandatory)
