Job Summary: Manage store operational and administrative activities, leading teams to achieve service excellence and meet operational targets. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of store layout, hygiene, and corporate culture Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsible for managing the store’s operational and administrative activities, ensuring achievement of established targets and optimal product turnover, aiming for service excellence and supermarket performance. 1. Daily planning and supervision of store administrative and operational activities, guiding and leading sector teams, setting performance targets and standards, monitoring and evaluating achieved results, and implementing necessary corrective actions; 2. Deliver excellent customer service; 3. Supervise and maintain store layout standards, ensure store sanitation, monitor employee performance and appearance, and uphold company culture and policies; 4. Supervise periodic inventory execution for merchandise stock, ensuring accuracy of collected data; 5. Conduct customer prospecting, maintaining active contact with customers, identifying their needs, and providing inputs to support commercial decision-making; 6. Monitor stockouts in stores and update the stockout spreadsheet for submission to the commercial department; 7. Control general store expenses, continuously seeking minimization; 8. Monitor compliance with internal regulations, safety, and hygiene standards; 9. Monitor employee probationary periods; 10. Monitor staff scheduling and vacation planning; 11. Track performance indicators; 12. Conduct daily feedback sessions with the team, hold meetings, and manage disciplinary procedures; 13. Monitor and guide supervisors; participate in personnel movement processes (recruitment, transfers, promotions, and dismissals); and oversee order, sanitation, and discipline in the area to ensure optimal performance and contribution to company results. 14.
