Focus on results and customer satisfaction Grupo Viana's Pet Shop, a market leader in the pet industry in Fortaleza and the metropolitan region, is looking for a **Delivery Manager** to lead and organize delivery operations, ensuring **agility, service quality, and process efficiency**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the order-picking team and delivery personnel. * Monitor **order and delivery dashboards** in real time. * Ensure orders are accurately picked and dispatched on time. * Plan delivery routes to optimize time and productivity. * Monitor departmental performance indicators (order-picking time, delivery time, and order volume). * Resolve customer issues related to delays, errors, or delivery problems. * Ensure efficient communication among **stores, warehouse, and delivery team**. * Train and guide the team for continuous service improvement. * Manage order flow from apps, WhatsApp, and in-store delivery counters. * **Manage company vehicles used for deliveries**, overseeing maintenance, fueling, upkeep, and proper usage. * Control documentation, inspections, and overall condition of delivery vehicles. **Requirements:** * Experience in **team management**. * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high order volumes. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Basic knowledge of **logistics or operational control**. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **logistics, delivery, or e-commerce**. * Experience in **vehicle or fleet management**. * Experience in **performance indicator monitoring**. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership * Organization * Agility in decision-making * Ability to work under pressure * Focus on results and customer satisfaction Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2.499.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
