Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:** You will be responsible for ensuring the proper arrangement of gondolas, floor stacks, and additional display areas in the store, as well as managing the return of products abandoned by customers. **Responsibilities and duties** * Store merchandising: Ensuring shelves, floor stacks, and additional display areas are properly arranged, and managing the return of products abandoned by customers; * Store replenishment: Ensuring shelves, floor stacks, and additional display areas are adequately stocked, guaranteeing full product variety is displayed. Flagging items requiring replenishment to the store manager; * Aerial stock organization: For live aerial displays, ensure correct product alignment and appropriate placement per aisle. For boxed aerial displays, all boxes must be in good condition, clearly labeled with item information, and neatly aligned; * Store pricing: All products displayed in the store—regardless of location—must be correctly priced. Implement daily RPVAL price changes. * Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning of merchandise and store shelves; * Goods unloading: Collaborate with the warehouse team to unload goods delivered by truck; * Customer service, focused on satisfaction and results; * Cashier support: Operate retail/wholesale cash registers during peak traffic periods. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional information** * All our job openings are also available to People with Disabilities (PwD).
