Effective communication with stakeholders **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manage the full project lifecycle, from basic project design through final delivery, ensuring quality and objective achievement. Collaborate with project control to define all project documentation, including scope, financial milestones, schedules, and risk and opportunity management plans. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, required resources, and budget. Identify, qualify, and manage risks and opportunities, capturing, analyzing, and sharing lessons learned throughout the project. Ensure formal project closure as contractually agreed, guaranteeing formal acceptance and contract termination. Serve as the primary client contact and focal point for internal project issues, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders and communicating effectively with all involved parties. Ensure project alignment with the company's health, safety, and environmental policies. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and communicate status updates to all stakeholders. Monitor procurement progress and follow up until delivery per schedule. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Develop and monitor schedules. Analyze technical documentation. Ensure execution in accordance with the plan. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Perform service measurements. Control performance and quality indicators. Provide technical support and clarify technical questions.
