You will join a team that values organization, accuracy, and continuous learning, directly handling daily accounting tasks and financial statement closing. * Classify and record documents (invoices, expenses, payroll) into the chart of accounts. * Reconcile bank, customer, and supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies. * Analyze asset, liability, and equity accounts, proposing adjustments. * Assist in monthly trial balance calculation and preparation. * Support the preparation of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Explanatory Notes. * Execute accounting closing routines within established deadlines. * Organize digital and physical supporting documentation. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an Accounting Sciences program, from the 5th semester onward. * Solid understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit, accrual basis). * Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). * Organized, ethical, detail-oriented, and deadline-conscious profile. * Availability for in-person work under CLT employment regime. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in an accounting firm or corporate accounting department. * Experience with accounting ERPs and/or integrated management systems. * Interest in pursuing a long-term career in accounting and continuous professional development.
