Job Responsibilities * Monitor loom performance to ensure continuous production. * Set up and adjust looms according to production specifications. * Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify and correct malfunctions. * Control the quality of produced fabric by performing strength and finishing tests. * Record and report production data and machine downtime. * Collaborate with the team to optimize the production process. * Follow company safety standards and operational procedures. Requirements and Qualifications * Previous experience as a loom operator. * Ability to adjust and calibrate loom machines. * Availability to work in shifts.
