




Description: What we expect from you * Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge in B2C operations, e-commerce, or logistics. Analytical ability and systemic vision of operational flow. * Tools: Advanced Excel and/or Power BI for creating dashboards and analyses. * Advantage: Experience with e-commerce platforms and familiarity with ERP systems. Your main responsibilities * Daily monitoring of the complete B2C order cycle, from website entry to shipment. * Monitor performance of system integrations (e-commerce, ERP) and proactively address processing failures. * Create and manage operational indicators for dynamic tracking of logistics performance and order flow. * Identify operational bottlenecks and errors, propose solutions, and engage responsible teams for rapid resolution. * Create and manage performance dashboards. * Act as the main point of contact with the logistics provider, performing daily follow-ups on order picking and shipments. * Support internal teams in resolving issues related to orders, deadlines, and incidents. * Prepare performance reports and identify improvement opportunities. * Actively participate in process reviews, automations, and system integration improvements. * Contribute to reducing operational costs and enhancing performance; * Review and validate logistics invoices related to the B2C partner. 2511070202301854319
