Work collaboratively and handle daily situations in a friendly manner * We are seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodations and facility operations. Specifically, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests, while also collaborating effectively with your team and handling all daily situations in a friendly manner. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter maintenance data into management systems, such as: SIM (Integrated Maintenance System), equipment automation systems, internet, etc. * Complete the daily shift routine checklist. * Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audits. * Perform construction-related activities—including painting—both corrective and preventive. * Maintain the swimming pool and its equipment. * Respond to requests from apartments and departments as needed, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Perform painting-related tasks—both corrective and preventive—in accordance with company procedures to ensure optimal functionality. * Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. * Ensure proper operation of swimming pool equipment, monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels within ideal parameters. * Monitor consumption items—including electricity, water, and gas—for the property, reviewing daily measurement reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. * Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial follow-up. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tools—including mechanical systems, hydraulic installations, gas systems, civil construction, and others—to ensure optimal performance. * Turn building lighting on and off as scheduled. * Respond to requests from apartments and departments as needed, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure safety during task execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in this role **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Benefit * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher We are a **hospitality services and solutions provider**, supporting over 170 properties across Brazil—from north to south—delivering **unique experiences**, always operating in a **responsible** manner toward the environment, our team, and the communities we serve. **Together with you**, and alongside a plural and diverse team where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable being their authentic selves, we aspire to become Brazil’s leading hospitality operator—where guests, investors, partners, and talent choose to be. **Shall we embark on this journey together?
