Job Summary: Analyst role focused on monitoring, executing, and improving maintenance processes for heavy equipment in civil construction and industry. Key Highlights: 1. Agility, support, and quality are characteristics present in our daily operations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze maintenance indicators for heavy equipment (aerial work platforms, forklifts, roller compactors); * Ensure execution of preventive maintenance plans and inspections; * Develop and track checklists, technical audits, and service orders; * Support procurement in spare parts and supplier management; * Lead meetings with maintenance leaders and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of predictive maintenance, NR12, and maintenance ERP systems; * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance area (PCM/fleet). * Experience with heavy-duty machinery is a plus. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Mon–Fri \- 07:30 to 17:18; * Meal Allowance \| Food Voucher (R$ 22.50 \- Flash Multi); * Medical \| Dental Insurance; * SESC benefits; * Partnerships with universities and fitness centers.
