Job Summary: Responsible for order picking, loading, and cargo handling, ensuring compliance with standards and warehouse organization in a logistics environment. Key Highlights: 1. Development of digital skills using smartphones Responsible for picking and loading various materials and manually or using manual equipment to handle cargo, ensuring loads are properly secured according to standards, managing vehicle queues for loading and unloading at the facility, organizing inventory of steel products and other items related to logistics operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** . Conduct product inventory; Support loading/storage processes according to established standards; Perform 5S in the area; . Suggest, participate in developing and reviewing standards; . Report failures, eliminate symptoms, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions; . Act autonomously within one's scope of responsibility; . Strictly comply with company governance, safety, sustainability, health, and environmental norms and procedures, in accordance with commitment to the Integrated Management Policy, and in line with the company's Code of Conduct, as well as its Values and Principles. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in an industrial environment. * **Digital Skills:** Experience with mobile devices (smartphones) for using applications dedicated to scanning product barcodes to be loaded, as well as for completing shift closing reports. * **Physical Capacity:** Vitality and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy materials, securing loads, and tarping trailers. **Differentiators and Soft Skills** * **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Dynamic profile with strong verbal communication and emotional intelligence for direct interaction with drivers, suppliers, and team members. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate and mediate conflicts in operational settings. * **Driver's License:** Possession of a driver's license (CNH) or plan to obtain one within one year, ensuring readiness for advancement within the logistics structure.
