You will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring plastic packaging cutting and welding machines, ensuring that the entire process complies with the quality standards established by the company. **Responsibilities:** * Operate cutting and welding machines, making adjustments as required by the process. * Monitor the quality of produced material, ensuring correct dimensions, welds, and cuts. * Identify process failures and promptly report them to leadership for immediate correction. * Perform roll changes, film alignment, and basic adjustments. * Keep the work area organized, following safety and cleanliness standards. * Complete production reports when required. * Assist in general production activities.
