Join us in aligning your purpose with our business and becoming part of our success story. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct sales of agricultural machinery and implements; * Perform customer prospecting; * Oversee the entire sales process; * Build and maintain relationships with agricultural financing managers; * Participate in trade fairs and events; * Keep the CRM updated and deliver reports; * Actively participate in commercial meetings and gatherings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (preferred), currently pursuing Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of CRM and Excel spreadsheets; * Experience in agricultural machinery sales (preferred); * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license category B; Must serve the Ceará region. * **Additional Information** * Contract type: Individual contractor (PJ); * Fixed salary \+ progressive variable compensation, based on achievement of objectives; * Company vehicle; * Travel expenses.
