Management of physical and digital files **Job Description:** - Support company reception, gate control, and vehicle, employee, and supplier entry and exit. - Attend to customers and suppliers by phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and clarifying doubts. - Assist in communication among internal departments, facilitating information flow. - Monitor collection, verification, and registration processes for goods. - Monitor uniform and PPE inventory, notifying the responsible department when orders are required. - Manage physical and digital files, ensuring proper updating and storage. - Contribute to workplace organization and maintenance. **Requirements:** Ages 18 to 24; - Availability to pursue an Administration Technical Course at SENAC, offered by the company (Classes initially for 10 consecutive days, then only on Fridays from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM).
