Opportunity to manage expansion and innovation Operations Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Independent Contractor (PJ) Salary: BRL R$ 8.000,00 (fixed) + percentage of revenue upon meeting targets (approximate average BRL R$ 4.000,00) Location: FORTALEZA-CE Benefits: Health insurance allowance of BRL R$ 100/month; Meal voucher (BRL R$ 22.00 per day); Transportation allowance. Neighborhood: Guararapes Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Specialization or postgraduate degree in administrative or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams, preferably in service-oriented or customer-facing companies. Desirable: Experience coordinating operational areas, customer service, expansion, and innovation; Experience in high-demand, high-pressure environments requiring rapid and effective decision-making (e.g., hotels or schools); Experience implementing processes and continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and service quality; Experience in consular processes, documentary advisory services, or related areas (a plus). Responsibilities: Team Management; Operational Management and Customer Service; Strategic Management and Expansion; Management of Representations in Recife, Brasília, and São Paulo, in coordination with operations; Financial Control and Liaison with Accounting and Legal Offices; Other duties as assigned.
