We are looking for a Sales Executive to work at a dental clinic located in Maceió, Alagoas. The position is a permanent CLT contract with a salary of R$ 1.804 + commissions. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s established targets; * Complete sales spreadsheets and reports; * Monitor results; * Define/follow strategies to meet targets and ensure company growth; * Manage contracts, proposals, and commercial negotiations within the limits set by the company. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales; * Clear and objective communication; * High organizational ability; * Empathy and rapport in sales; * Ability to handle objections effectively; * Experience with CRM tools. **Benefits:** * Commission; * Transportation allowance.
