Responsibilities and Duties Prepare snacks for patients according to medical prescriptions and/or snacks for physicians as directed by the nutritionist; Answer phone calls, record meal requests received from the service center, notify the on-duty nutritionist and dietary aides, and monitor fulfillment of these requests; Provide prescribed diets, assemble meals, and prepare cutlery and napkin kits; Serve snacks and meals according to the patient and/or physician diet charts; Collect meal trays from patients and/or physicians; Organize and perform cleaning and sanitization of all materials used during the shift: pitchers, trays, pots, blenders, etc., as well as the entire work area; Sanitize meal transport carts during the shift; Refill water in nutrition department refrigerators; Respond to management requests regarding fruit and snack preparation; Prepare snacks for events and coffee breaks upon request; Deliver 20-liter water jugs to departments upon request. Comply with the company’s Good Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to your role, as established by the company or current legislation. Requirements and Qualifications Mandatory: Completed High School education.
