Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations **Job Title:** Hospital Production Steward **Job Description:** **Work Schedule:** 12-hour shifts with 36-hour breaks. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The Hospital Production Steward will be responsible for preparing, portioning, and distributing diets and meals, ensuring quality, food safety, and strict compliance with hospital and sanitary regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and assemble meal trays according to prescribed diets. * Distribute meals to departments/patients, where applicable. * Organize and restock the hospital pantry. * Assist in simple food portioning and preparation. * Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Strictly follow hygiene, food safety, and contamination control regulations. * Correctly wear personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift. * Monitor, replenish, and manage pantry supplies. * Collect, sort, and dispose of waste according to hospital protocols. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Experience as a steward, kitchen assistant, or in hospital production (preferred). * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Basic understanding of hospital diets (a plus). * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accountability. * Organization and efficiency. * Empathy and professional demeanor. * Ability to strictly follow rules and established routines. * Teamwork. **Send resume to:** (85\) 99609\-2894 **Benefits:** * On-site meals.
