




Job Summary: Responsible for cake and pie production, breakfast buffet setup, meal preparation, inventory management, and sanitation, ensuring food quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring food hygiene and safety Responsibilities and Duties: Producing cakes and pies for guests' breakfast; setting up and replenishing the breakfast buffet. Preparing lunch for guests (when required) and staff. Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods; maintaining food hygiene and safety; washing fruits, vegetables, and greens for meal preparation; performing food cutting and preparation. Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and breakfast dining area; organizing and controlling food inventory. Customer service. Ensuring food quality in the area by checking expiration dates and storage conditions. Maintaining personal and food hygiene, as well as washing kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping the kitchen organized and clean according to required food safety standards. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract. Benefits: Transportation allowance. Experience: Kitchen experience (Mandatory).
