Responsibilities and Duties Assist in **meal preparation** according to the menu and dietitian's instructions Perform **food sanitation**, as well as sanitation of utensils, equipment, and work areas Support **meal assembly, portioning, and distribution** to patients and staff Strictly follow **good food handling practices** Comply with specific **hospital diets** (when instructed) Manage and organize food and supply inventory Collect, wash, and organize kitchen utensils and equipment Comply with **food safety, hygiene, and PPE usage regulations** Support the kitchen team in daily routines Requirements and Qualifications Required: Incomplete Elementary Education.
