




Job Summary: Digital customer service internship for students majoring in Pharmacy, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Administration, focused on interaction and enhancement of customer experience. Contribution of ideas to improve customer experience Description: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Pharmacy, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Administration, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Preference for candidates with interest in or affinity for customer service, customer experience, or digital channels. * Availability to intern from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. * Provide customer service via digital channels (email, social media, Reclame Aqui) under supervision; * Accurately record customer interactions and escalate when necessary; * Support the organization of spreadsheets, reports, and operational documents within the department; * Participate in training sessions and alignment meetings with the team; * Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve customer experience based on firsthand experiences during customer interactions; * Assist the team with operational and administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor. #LI-RS1 #LI-ONSITE 2512230202491146001
