Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing the Analytical Cost Performance Report for projects and present project outcomes; * Attend meetings with project managers regarding cost-impacting items for the month; * Monitor and verify the labor allocation and major services spreadsheet; * Participate in controlling cost projections — monthly expenditure curve for projects; * Field service control and allocation; * Quantity takeoff; * Measurement and contract control; * Entering measurements into the system; * Cost allocation. * Support construction planning and replanning using MS Project and Excel; * Perform measurement of completed services; * Review internal departmental processes requiring improvement and recommend enhancements; * Carry out other related duties as required by the department and manager’s direction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (from the 8th semester onward); * Advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate MS Project skills; * Basic AutoCAD knowledge; * Fundamental knowledge of budgeting and costing; * Basic understanding of engineering projects; * Intermediate knowledge of construction planning and control. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
