**Description** **Purpose of the Position** Ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate operation of grain processing and storage equipment, guaranteeing product quality, operational continuity, and facility safety. Contribute to maximizing productivity, minimizing waste, and preserving product value, in alignment with the company’s quality and safety standards. **Activities and Responsibilities** * Operate machinery such as dryers, grain elevators, conveyors (belt, screw), and cleaning machines, ensuring process efficiency and final product quality. * Adjust equipment settings and configurations to optimize productivity and ensure the quality of processed grains. * Monitor and control automated systems to ensure efficient grain storage and processing, guaranteeing uninterrupted operations. * Ensure grains are not contaminated during processing, following established safety and quality procedures. * Identify, document, and report machine malfunctions to the maintenance or supervision team to prevent damage and disruptions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and necessary adjustments to extend equipment lifespan and avoid unplanned downtime. * Organize grains in silos according to type and quality to facilitate inventory control and quick product access. * Assist the administrative team with physical warehouse inventory counts, including verification of quantities, conditions, and grain locations. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Certifications in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation, or related fields (Preferred) * Forklift Operator Certification (Preferred) * Driver’s License Category B * Reside in Campina Verde or surrounding region * Availability: Business hours, occasionally with flexibility in schedule **Preferred proficiency/experience in or with:** * Machine Adjustment and Calibration (Conveyors, Dryers, Elevators) * Lubrication and Cleaning of Industrial Equipment * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance * Inventory Control and Storage **Benefits** * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Fuel Allowance * Health Plan * Dental Plan Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting at R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel Allowance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher Experience: * Machine Operator (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
