




Job Summary: Supervise teams performing industrial electrical installations, maintenance, and assembly tasks, ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines, and lead maintenance planning. Interpretation of naval electrical diagrams and projects **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Supervise the team in executing electrical installations, maintenance, and assembly activities within the industrial setting, supporting production departments; · Interpret electrical diagrams, layouts, and naval electrical system designs; · Receive work orders according to production department requirements, analyze them, assign tasks to the team, and monitor task execution to meet established production process deadlines; · Schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance (as required) to minimize production process downtime; · Perform medium-voltage substation switching operations (de-energizing and re-energizing); · Record incidents occurring during substation operations; · Lead the implementation of the plant’s maintenance plans to ensure proper task allocation to the team and maintain full industrial operational capacity; · Assign tasks and monitor progress of electrical services, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations; · Lead cable laying operations for electrical and electronic cables; · Manage inventory of electrical materials and tools, and request replenishment as needed; · Request necessary materials, tools, and equipment for task execution, ensuring material quality and compliance with safety standards; · Respond to industrial emergency tasks as required; · Identify non-conformities in executed work and propose improvement actions to the coordinator; · Train and guide teams on technical standards and safety regulations, especially for live-work operations, to ensure safe performance of tasks; · Strictly comply with safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for task execution; · Collaborate with other team members to ensure subsequent construction or repair process stages proceed smoothly; · Maintain a clean and organized workplace; · Report any issues or maintenance needs regarding used tools and equipment to the coordinator. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering and Electronics; Completed technical education in **Electrotechnics, Electronics, Industrial Automation**, or related fields; Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is desirable. Mandatory certifications and training: **NR-10, NR-35, SEP (Power Electrical System)**, and others applicable to the naval sector. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 years’ experience in production; Experience in the naval sector or in steel and metallurgical industries is desirable.
