**Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the setup and operation of conventional machines (lathe, milling machine, drill press) under supervision. * Support the execution of basic machining tasks, such as cuts, drilling, and simple adjustments. * Perform cleaning and organization of parts, tools, and the work environment. * Develop skills to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments. * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards. * Assist in basic preventive maintenance of machines and tools. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Preferred:** Basic or technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** Prior experience is not required; industrial environment experience will be considered a plus. **Knowledge** * Basic understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Familiarity with measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer). **Behavioral Competencies** * Willingness to learn and grow in the field. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Teamwork and good communication. * Responsibility and commitment to safety standards. **Advantages** * Prior experience in metallurgical industry or automation. * Basic knowledge of lathe and milling machine operation.
