Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in receiving third-party documentation; * Perform daily meal control for employees and contractors; * Send and monitor the site’s petty cash fund; * Monitor daily headcount of employees and contractors; * Assist in receiving documentation required for hiring third parties; * Assist in timekeeping control for employees and contractors; * Update daily timekeeping and overtime data in the payroll system, updating the engineering management dashboard accordingly; * Assist in selection and hiring of production staff for construction projects; * Receive employee documentation for onboarding; * Assist in preparing onboarding, termination, and promotion dossiers for employees; * Maintain updated physical and digital files; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and directed by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic Excel skills; * Basic computer literacy. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
