Job Summary: Performs bathroom cleaning and maintenance activities in shopping centers and assists customers of the establishment, following prescribed steps and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Carrying out service steps and meeting deadlines Performs bathroom cleaning and maintenance activities during the shopping center's operating hours and assists customers of the establishment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Follow the steps, frequencies, and deadlines specified in the bathroom-specific work order; * Inspect and replenish consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap, etc.; * Collect trash and deposit it into designated receptacles; * Clean mirrors, countertops, and stainless-steel fixtures; * Properly follow pre-established procedures for bathroom cleaning and maintenance; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule, from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM * No administrative sanctions within the past 6 months (if already an employee) * Minimum of 6 months employed at Riomar (if already an employee) **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan fully covered by the Company * Dental insurance plan fully covered by the Company * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or parking credential * Life insurance * Running advisory service * Discounts at shopping center stores * Discounts at partner universities We are the Group JCPM’s first development in Fortaleza, inaugurated in October 2014, and we take pride not only in our modern architecture but also in introducing a new shopping center concept to Ceará.
