Inform patients about fees, accepted insurance plans, and report delivery timelines. Record interactions in the system. Confirm appointments to reduce no-shows. Direct calls to reception, finance department, or medical coordination. Previous roles as a Receptionist, Telemarketing Operator, Customer Service Assistant, or Relationship Agent may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
