**Job Description**: We are hiring a dedicated, organized, and leadership-minded Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the housekeeping and cleaning services team. The professional will be responsible for maintaining quality and hospitality standards, ensuring guest comfort, hygiene, and well-being. **Key Responsibilities**: ▪︎ Supervise and guide the housekeeping and cleaning assistants team; ▪︎ Ensure that guest rooms, common areas, and all hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained; ▪︎ Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas; ▪︎ Monitor and replenish linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities; ▪︎ Prepare work schedules and vacation plans for the team; ▪︎ Train new staff members and keep the team motivated; ▪︎ Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests; ▪︎ Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene and sanitation safety standards. **Requirements**: ▪︎ Completed high school education; ▪︎ Prior experience as a housekeeping supervisor or floor supervisor in the hospitality industry; ▪︎ Leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ▪︎ Computer literacy. ▪︎ Ability to handle unexpected situations and remain calm under pressure; ▪︎ Knowledge of best practices in cleaning, laundry, and hospitality. **Preferred Qualifications**: ▪︎ Formal training in hotel housekeeping or related field; ▪︎ Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., TOTVS, Opera, etc.); ▪︎ Basic English or other foreign language skills.
