Conducting tests and trials — proficiency in handling electrical testing instruments. **If you are committed, organized, and seek a dynamic environment to grow, this is your place with us!** **Responsibilities:** * Perform inspections, functionality tests, and technical trials on Supervisory, Protection, Control and Telecommunication (SPCT) Systems, as well as on other systems and equipment at substations (SE). * Monitor and supervise any third-party maintenance services performed at substations, controlling and conducting measurements per contractual terms to ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards and agreed deadlines. * Support the preparation of periodic technical reports on maintenance activities performed, including recording and evaluating anomalies identified, as well as recommending corrective and preventive measures; also monitor interventions and respective outcomes through the Maintenance Management System. * Participate in implementing operational-level cybersecurity actions for industrial assets, ensuring compliance with ENGIE Brasil Energia’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy. * Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on protection, transmission and telecommunication equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance and special testing on critical-level equipment, in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, registering all data in the Maintenance Management System. * Carry out operational activities both in outdoor areas and in the control room, following established operational procedures and maintaining constant contact with the telecontrol area. Directly contribute to reviewing or developing internal procedures and work instructions, ensuring full understanding and awareness of such actions by teams. * Conduct periodic inspections on substation equipment and systems, identifying and preventing failures, as well as performing corrective maintenance when failures occur in systems or equipment, including diagnostics and repairs. Carry out tests and measurements of electrical parameters to ensure operational standards are met. * Act swiftly in emergency situations, performing rapid switching operations and interventions to prevent further damage and restore power supply. * Participate in failure response and adverse situation management, collaborating closely with support teams. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations, safeguarding personnel’s physical integrity and safety. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics or related fields, with active CFT certification. * Knowledge of facility equipment and systems, with experience in substation equipment switching operations. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and applicable regulations. * Knowledge of integrated management systems. * Maintenance management tools and software, as well as technical documentation systems. * Ability to read and interpret equipment technical manuals, technical drawings and flowcharts. * Knowledge of transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems. * Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods and techniques. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email. * Various administrative processes and routines within the area of expertise. **Desirable Attributes:** * Experience in operation and maintenance of transmission and/or distribution substations. * English — basic level. **Interested in the challenge?
