Job Summary: This is a Trainee position focused on supporting the team in the analysis and monitoring of security incidents and in the administration of security tools. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to learn about security policies and best practices **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with **Level:** Trainee **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Support the team in the analysis and monitoring of security incidents; * Provide support in the administration of security tools (antivirus, firewall, WAF, ZTNA, etc.); * Assist in opening and tracking service tickets; * Support the preparation of security reports and dashboards; * Assist in implementing security policies and best practices for information protection. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled from the third semester onward or recently graduated from IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and information security; * Familiarity with ITIL best practices; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn; * Technical English is considered a plus. **Benefits:** Birthday Day Off, Food (restaurants and supermarkets), Health Insurance, Total Pass, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Vittude (mental health)
