




We are looking for a **Technical Support Operator** to provide customer service for an internet service provider. The professional will be responsible for providing remote support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring an excellent user experience, **with no need for in-person attendance or external visits**. **Responsibilities** * Provide support via telephone, WhatsApp, chat, and/or ticketing system; * Deliver technical support to residential and business customers; * Diagnose and resolve issues related to internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, modems/routers, and basic configuration; * Guide customers on equipment usage and procedures; * Open, monitor, and close technical support tickets; * Forward requests to the responsible departments when necessary; * Record all customer interactions in internal systems; * Monitor customer service and quality indicators. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in IT/Telecom preferred); * Experience in customer service and/or technical support (TELECOM SECTOR); * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, router configuration, Wi-Fi); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with internet service providers; * Knowledge of fiber optics, ONU/ONT, PPPoE, and ISP management systems; * Networking certifications (MikroTik, Cisco, etc.). **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance or food voucher * Health insurance Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.621,00 – R$2.227,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Technical Support (Mandatory) * Telecommunications (Mandatory)
