




**Responsibilities** * Provide internal technical support to employees, including notebook formatting, account configuration, software installation, and troubleshooting hardware and network issues. * Provide first-level (N1) support to SaaS platform customers, triaging tickets, investigating incidents, and delivering agile solutions to operational queries. * Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of features for the internal support platform, creating solutions that assist teams and automate support tasks. * Support the documentation of technical procedures. **Requirements and Preferences** **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance, as well as familiarity with operating systems (Windows and Linux). * Basic understanding of programming logic and web development (HTML, CSS, JS) to address development-related tasks. * Investigative, proactive profile with strong interest in problem-solving and learning about SaaS product architecture. **Preferences** * Prior experience or academic projects involving programming or automation script development. * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) for simple queries. * Basic knowledge of JS and Go. * Technical English for reading documentation and researching solutions.
