We are looking for a dedicated and committed professional to join our team as Technical Support/Customer Service Representative. **Details:** * Growth opportunity with progressive levels (Support N1, N2, N3, and N4) * Schedule: Mon–Fri – 100% on-site – 9 AM to 6 PM (with Saturday shifts from 9 AM to 1 PM, on rotation) * Location: Alto da XV – Curitiba/PR **Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 1 technical support to customers, resolving questions and issues related to the company’s products and services; * Assist customers via phone, email, and chat; * Monitor open requests through ticketing system; * Record and document all interactions in the internal system; * Identify and route, via tickets, cases requiring specialized support to the respective departments; * Deliver high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in technical support or customer service; * Basic knowledge of computer systems and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux); * Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Teamwork capability; * Patience and ability to handle diverse types of customers; * Problem-solving and proactive mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP systems, sales support routines, invoice issuance, and inventory management. * Knowledge of or interest in the IT field.
