We value professionals who are eager to learn and grow, even without extensive on-site experience. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise on-site service execution; Prepare Construction Diaries and technical reports; Perform cost estimates, measurements, purchase orders, and material receipt; Support planning and scheduling control; Read, interpret, and prepare project drawings; Verify execution quality and compliance with technical standards; Supervise subcontracted services and suppliers; Collaborate in project coordination (architecture, structural, and MEP). **Requirements:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; Solid foundation in Excel/spreadsheets (formulas, data organization, reporting); Computer literacy and interest in learning the Sienge system (training will be provided by the company); Strong written communication skills for reports and documentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience on construction sites or in real estate development/construction; Knowledge of technical standards; Familiarity with cost estimation systems such as SINAPI or similar; Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
