




We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team, focusing on supporting and maintaining computer labs and electronic equipment in classrooms. **Responsibilities:** Observe and apply corporate Information Technology standards and policies for the unit. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, projectors, network assets, and audiovisual equipment. Provide high-quality in-person support to students, teachers, and other institutional staff, adhering to the standards and scope of available information technology services. Log and resolve low- and medium-complexity technical service requests, escalating high-complexity requests to higher support levels. Manage and monitor computer lab reservations, ensuring the best possible experience for users. Use the service management system to fully document all interactions with users. **Requirements:** Fluency in verbal and written communication, along with technological skills. Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience or foundational knowledge in customer service. Familiarity with hardware, operating systems, and workstation applications. Knowledge of structured cabling (data and telecommunications). Currently pursuing a degree. **Working Hours:** 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM \- 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
