The candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, aligning expectations with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Plan, execute, monitor, and control medium-sized projects or modules of complex projects; · Define project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and performance indicators; · Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and mitigation plans; · Assist in coordinating multidisciplinary IT teams involved in project requirements, promoting efficient communication between technical and business areas; · Lead progress meetings, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders; · Ensure project delivery according to agreed requirements, guaranteeing quality and adherence to project management best practices; · Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, schedules, and lessons learned); · Proactively identify improvements in project management processes. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager; * Experience managing medium-sized projects involving multiple departments; * Experience managing risks, dependencies, scope changes, and mitigation plans; * Experience assisting in the coordination of multidisciplinary IT teams involved in project requirements, promoting efficient communication between technical and business areas; * Experience leading progress meetings, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders; * Experience ensuring project delivery according to agreed requirements, guaranteeing quality and adherence to project management best practices; * Experience developing and maintaining project documentation (plans, reports, schedules, and lessons learned); * Proactive approach to identifying improvements in project management processes. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP or similar). * Experience in corporate environments or strategic projects. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of project governance and performance indicators.
