Fortaleza/CE Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: CLT ✅ Your Responsibilities * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments (in-person and online); * Manage the physician's schedule efficiently and punctually; * Greet patients courteously and attentively; * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp/email support; * Guide patients regarding appointment times, procedures, fees, and clinic policies; * Enter data into the medical system (Suport Health) and ensure accurate recording of information and documents; * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area; * Act as the physician's right-hand person, ensuring smooth clinic operations; * Send appointment reminders and post-visit messages; * Maintain courteous contact with patients for follow-up and retention.
