




Job Summary: Responsible for guest service, reservation management, availability and rate verification, sales channel updates, and pre-arrival support. Key Highlights: 1. Multichannel guest service (phone, WhatsApp, email, and OTAs) 2. Full reservation management and updates across sales channels 3. Pre-arrival support and management of modifications/cancellations **Responsibilities:** * Provide guest service via phone, WhatsApp, email, and OTAs. * Create and record reservations in the hotel’s system. * Verify room availability, rates, and accommodation conditions. * Update prices and inventory on channels (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.). * Send confirmations and provide pre-arrival support to guests. * Process modifications, cancellations, and charges according to policies. * Generate occupancy reports and support front desk and housekeeping.
