We are looking for new talents to join our Docstage team. **Position:** Relationship Analyst/Assistant **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist customers through our communication channels (WhatsApp, chat, web, email, and other electronic communication platforms), providing support for questions or potential issues during their Docstage experience * Monitor team metrics such as TPR, TMA, and CSAT * Ensure customer experience and satisfaction * Support other teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives * Contribute to process, workflow, and communication improvements **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree * Proficiency in computer skills/Microsoft Office * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience in customer service initiatives **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in Zendesk * Knowledge of accounting * Courses in Customer Experience * Empathy * Teamwork * Proactivity * Curiosity about technology and innovation
