




We are assisting **Dr. Hair** in searching for a **Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant** to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and brand-excellence-aligned experience. Ensure operational organization of the unit, including schedule management, document control, inventory, and physical environment. Contribute to commercial flow through follow-up, customer retention, and identification of opportunities. Ensure accuracy and organization in administrative and financial processes. Collaborate with other departments and participate in marketing, relationship-building, and operational support initiatives. **Core Activities:** In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service delivered with courtesy, professionalism, and agility. Full management of the clinic’s schedule: appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations. Ensure every interaction reflects Dr. Hair’s standards of excellence. **Medical Record and Document Management** Locate, organize, and file medical records and forms according to confidentiality protocols. Update patient registrations and prepare initial service documentation. Issue invoices and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed high school education (technical training in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields is a plus). Experience in customer service (preferably in clinics or medical offices). Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with management systems (CRM). Skill in using WhatsApp Business and social media platforms. Basic administrative knowledge.
