Maintenance of efficient administration and operational reporting Responsible for fulfilling the mission of delivering to guests/customers feelings, emotions, and positive memories through personalized service, aligning with our purpose of existing to receive, delight, and surprise. * Assist with check-in and check-out tasks, including financial processes such as cash collection, credit card payments, change issuance, and foreign currency exchange; * Attend to and serve guests during their stay, always striving to deliver the best experience; * Maintain efficient departmental administration by preparing and submitting operational reports on time; * Assist with reception-related activities; * Assist guests with luggage handling; * Update/open service requests in the hotel's operational systems: Maintenance, IT, and Warehouse.
