In 2025, we received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth consecutive year. **Responsibilities and Duties** **ADD RESPONSIBILITIES ONLY IF CHANGES OCCUR TO THE STANDARD ROLE** **i4pro + You = i4evc** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and well-being for everyone. **Therefore, we count on you to:** * Analyze requirements with leadership and/or clients in a consultative capacity, defining solutions for project scope while considering available technical possibilities * Contribute to planning project and product structures to understand assigned tasks, sharing ideas or proposing actions to ensure successful project or product delivery * Prepare Functional Specifications for projects and products * Map, prepare, and update documentation (mind maps, functional documents, and manuals) for products developed at i4pro and deployed at client sites * Serve as Product Owner alongside the module/project development team * Set up and maintain demonstration environments * Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients * Technically monitor activities performed by UAT testers * Detail business needs for developers * Act as backup to leadership in triaging and analyzing open project tickets * Support configuration and implementation of products at client sites * Follow and apply company-established specification and quality standards (governance) * Deliver internal and/or external technical training * Promote i4pro and Agile culture, exemplifying ethical values and fostering a collaborative mindset through participation in Agile ceremonies **Requirements and Qualifications** **You Must Also Have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in technology-related fields or similar * Basic knowledge of SQL * Solid understanding of Agile methodology * Prior experience in the insurance market is mandatory * Knowledge of SUSEP regulations and circulars: * Rules governing capitalization titles * Technical provisions (PMC, PSR, PDB, etc.) * Lottery, bonus, and redemption logic * Financial impact of changes to product rules **It’s a Plus If You Have:** * English proficiency **Additional Information** **NO CHANGES REQUIRED** **Our Work Model:** We prioritize the well-being of our employees, offering remote, on-site, or hybrid positions—defined according to the role’s requirements and responsibilities.
