Collaborative work environment **JOB: NIGHT SHIFT ATTENDANT (12x36, 24-Hour Shift)** Department: Vehicle Protection Employment Type: 12x36 Shift (Night Shift) 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM **Job Description:** A Vehicle Protection company is seeking a **Night Shift Attendant** to work in a 24-hour call center, providing member support and emergency assistance. **Responsibilities:** * Phone and system-based member support * Towing and service provider dispatch * Monitoring and support via geolocation * Incident logging in the system * Tracking incidents until resolution **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic computer literacy * Customer service experience is a plus * Familiarity with geolocation/GPS * Strong communication skills and proactivity * Availability to work on a 12x36 schedule (night shift) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in vehicle protection, tracking, or monitoring * Knowledge of vehicle location systems **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and cost-of-living allowance * Collaborative work environment Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$1.621,00 per month Work Location: On-site
