Job Summary: Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, administer File Server and permissions, manage ITSM tools, and optimize network infrastructure, including security and connectivity. A software company is hiring a Network and Infrastructure Administrator in Fortaleza. **What will you do in this role?:** Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers to ensure high availability. Administer File Server and access permissions. Manage ITSM tools. Administer LAN and Wi-Fi network infrastructure. Adjust firewall rules and ensure perimeter security. Monitor traffic, identify bottlenecks, and optimize bandwidth (QoS). Install, configure, and maintain VPNs (site-to-site and client-to-server). Troubleshoot connectivity issues.
