Responsibilities and Duties Provide technical support to users in corporate environments, focusing on Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and the Windows 11 operating system. Handle and log technical support tickets via ITSM tools, chatbots, and telephone. Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Windows operating systems. Provide network, connectivity, and basic troubleshooting support. Escalate tickets to higher-level teams when necessary, ensuring appropriate resolution flow. Document procedures and incident updates in the knowledge base. Maintain a high standard of user service and satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in an Information Technology-related program. Experience in first-level technical support. Knowledge of Windows operating systems. Fundamental understanding of computer networks (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP). Experience with ITSM tools for ticket management.
