Support in tender notices, auctions, and deadlines We are looking for a Junior Tender Assistant to join our team! *If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with public procurement processes, this opportunity is for you!* **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor and identify tenders and public procurements; Maintain updated company registries and documents on public procurement portals; Support the tracking of tender notices, auctions, and deadlines; Update the internal tender management system; Provide support to internal teams and procuring agencies. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Accounting, Public Management, or related fields is a plus); Experience with tender processes; Proficiency in computer applications and public procurement portals; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in public tenders or contracts; Knowledge of Law No. 14.133/2021; Experience with tender management and document control systems. **What We Offer:** Salary: R$ 2.228,18/month; Meal allowance: R$ 29.00/day; Fuel allowance: R$ 170.00/month or transportation benefit (3%).
