Provide technical and operational support in operations, supervise work routines, direct activities of machine operators and environmental operators. Serve internal and external customers, provide guidance on frontline operational matters based on instructions from immediate leadership. Maintain operational controls and updated indicators. Implement systems and processes for continuous improvement. Participate in meetings, leadership and process training sessions. Report to leadership regarding activities, operational needs, and improvement suggestions.
