We’ll support you and help accelerate your career! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Create high\-impact visual and content\-driven executive presentations targeted at committees, strategic forums, leadership teams, and business units * Structure visual storytelling with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and audience\-specific relevance * Refine the visual aspects of existing presentations (design, alignment, typography, icons, etc.) * Support leadership in organizing ideas for strategic presentations * Ensure consistency with institutional guidelines and brand visual identity * Participate in executive meetings to capture communication objectives and propose appropriate formats * Collaborate with teams such as Data, Projects, and IT to transform technical content into clear, visually compelling narratives **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields; **MANDATORY SKILLS** * Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including design and layout; ability to independently request/collect inputs and direct information requests * Ability to structure executive narratives with clarity and sound business logic; knowledge of visual storytelling and branding/design principles * Proven experience creating high\-level corporate presentations; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines in dynamic environments **PREFERRED** * Familiarity with corporate templates, branding, and guidelines of large enterprises; basic knowledge of Power BI or visualization tools (for chart integration) * Prior experience in consulting firms, banks, insurance companies, or C\-Level projects; familiarity with other tools such as Figma, Canva Pro, or Google Slides * Knowledge of AI solutions to accelerate work **WHY CAPCO?** Joining CAPCO means becoming part of an organization committed to an inclusive workplace where you’re encouraged to **\#BeYourselfAtWork**.
